Quick Start

Once the items and principals are processed by the connector, you should be able to find the items in the Service Portal Search. Visit the default service portal under /sp of your ServiceNow instance.

To search for items a search query can be defined and after executing the query all items which match the query and which the logged-in user is allowed to see are shown.
